Activities at Huma Spa continue in the event of rain or other bad weather. However, in the event of severe thunderstorms, we may have to close part of the outdoor facilities for your safety. As Huma Spa offers a multiple indoor activities, you can fully enjoy your experience even in case of bad weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that no refunds or other compensation will be issued in the event of our facilities being closed due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For your comfort:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is also possible to bring an additional bathing suit in order to enjoy the Pressotherapy and NeuroSpa lounges with more comfort. In winter, plan to bring a toque* to optimize your experience.<br><br>* On sale at the boutique<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_f1d16686c881809e287d131bb3fd6d34\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Are children allowed?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only welcome adults aged 18 and over for the thermal experience and for treatments.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_e6945c211e4e318b21c3fecd4c47b848\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">How far in advance must we arrive before our reservation?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can arrive at Huma Spa between 5 and 10 minutes before your reservation for the thermal experience. If you have booked a treatment, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. <\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_fe9c538d9fa5df23c623fe1e8c8c1766\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">What should I bring when visiting Huma Spa?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Huma Spa offers an all-inclusive experience (bathrobe, towels, locker and padlock, shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, and flat iron). All you need to bring is a swimsuit suitable for thermal baths, sandals, and a reusable water bottle (also available for purchase in our boutique).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Tip: A comfortable, well-fitting swimsuit that stays in place in the water is recommended. Swimsuits with metal parts or fragile accessories are not recommended.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that Huma Spa is not responsible for items lost or damaged on site.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_65f90920deb4c49007b754f61f840e2d\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Are we allowed to talk or whisper in certain areas of the site?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. In order to optimize the benefits of thermotherapy and ensure relaxation, we ask that all guests remain completely silent throughout the site.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_21f25b770d41a420e911471e1b87be8d\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Can I bring my dog?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\">\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No, dogs are not allowed on the spa premises or in the baths, except for legally recognized service dogs, which must be declared in advance and are not allowed to enter the baths.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_31d027bf4cdb45d0239f1862f60fdc18\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Is the spa responsible for theft?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Huma Spa accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of your belongings. We recommend that you keep your personal belongings in your locker and do not leave them unattended during your visit.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_d3a704d14b3f7eb9e995e106c3164e22\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Closing Hours \u2013 Pools and Changing Rooms<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure a peaceful and seamless experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to take note of our closing hours:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pool access<\/strong>: Pools are available until <strong>9:00 PM<\/strong>, at which time guests are required to exit the facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Changing rooms<\/strong>: Changing rooms remain accessible until <strong>9:30 PM<\/strong>, allowing you time to get ready before departure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and respectful experience for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gift Cards<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_ada855128c761857b141d662a4552b66\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Do gift cards have an expiration date?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Huma Spa gift certificates do not expire. However, when used for a treatment or membership, the value of the certificate is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_3fe2d5e340657d73d05dabb763454173\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">What should I do i lose my gift card?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The card is unfortunately not replaceable if it is lost or stolen.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Food and Alcohol<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_617329105d8e62e0c83fff54b1e28fe2\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Can we drink on site?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prioritizing physical and mental health, and since alcohol is not recommended during thermotherapy activities, Huma Spa offers high-quality teas and herbal teas, available free of charge at the health counter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can bring a filled reusable water bottle. To ensure that no alcoholic beverages are introduced, we may check the contents. For safety reasons, glass bottles are not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_f5ac7ec90478b6131dd014ea56318eae\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Can we eat there?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Huma Spa offers fresh, quality fruit, available free of charge at the health counter. Guests can also purchase Olivia Bistro health bites or smoothies. What&#8217;s more, the full Olivia menu can be ordered from reception, with 45 minutes&#8217; notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a complete food offering after your spa experience, we recommend you visit one of the many restaurants located in the AGORA project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pregnant Women<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_9dca4a0882141821cec8db55483d1ed9\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Can I benefit from the thermal experience and the treatments if I am pregnant?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Before the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;trimester of pregnancy, thermotherapy and treatments are prohibited. It is important to consult your doctor before receiving any treatments. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Being dedicated to the well-being of the future mother, Huma Spa offers several safe and soothing treatments as of the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> trimester of pregnancy: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Epsom salt floating bath provides a relaxing and unique moment in zero gravity <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The massage for pregnant women, which is performed gently, improves quality of sleep and soothes stress, anxiety and physical discomfort that may result from pregnancy <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pressotherapy treatment relieves heavy, swollen and tired legs <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Signature Huma Spa facial and foot treatment will bring you a sensation of well-being from head to toe <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable outdoor and indoor rest areas will allow you to unwind completely <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">People with reduced mobility<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_85cfcdb0408f5641531fff3f60f205c4\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Can I receive a treatment if I have reduced mobility?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, because the building in which Huma Spa is located and the treatment floor, as well as the spa&#8217;s common areas such as the reception, treatment waiting area and changing rooms, are accessible to people with reduced mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_93b2f8510038c6a16a9e66aeea4d33f3\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Can I enjoy the spa experience if I&#8217;m a person with reduced mobility?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our spa facilities are not suitable for people with reduced mobility, in particular because of the stairs on our terraces and the steps in the pools.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Booking, delay and cancellation policy<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_358cd46881716840f5d0f9021d9cf7d9\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Are reservations for the thermal experience and the treatments required?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. Reservations are required for treatments and access to the thermal experience. Reservations can be booked online, by phone or directly at Huma Spa reception.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_d75bdc9ad66e2abf6224742043c12928\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Can I cancel my treatment or my reservation for the thermal experience without penalty?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For any modification or cancellation before the time of the access to the thermal experience, no charge will be made. However, if the client does not notify us of his absence, does not show up or cancels a treatment less than 24 hours before it,&nbsp;an automatic debit of 50% of the amount of the bill will be charged to the credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_23fc2dee6a9eea0018ab3aba34c5fd18\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Can I book a treatment without purchasing access to the thermal experience?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. It is possible to book a treatment without access to the spa experience.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_0a18dfbb257b9e247659e94c03cff4c0\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">If I arrive late for an appointment with a therapist, what happens? <\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the schedule allows us to move your appointment time, we will be happy to do so. However, if this is not possible, here are the repercussions of the delay:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Less than 5 minutes &#8211; The client receives the entire treatment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between 5 and 20 minutes &#8211; The client receives the treatment according to the time remaining<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More than 20 minutes &#8211; The treatment is cancelled and the cancellation policy applies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges and Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_b7f1b0b9e3806532e693dd31577bd0e6\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Is it possible to get refunded for a gift card?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gift cards are not refundable nor exchangeable for cash and are not replaceable if they are lost or stolen. They are, however, transferable. <\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_8e21c55cc05f20bed01ee1e07eff625b\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Is it possible to obtain a refund or an exchange for online purchased products?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. Following your purchase, you have 30 days to exchange or refund your purchase, Canadian sales taxes included. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. No exchange or refund will be made for products whose freshness seal is broken.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_f35e96cd18a6140989c8aab1e730aa85\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\"><\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transportation and Parking<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_66bf938296a7f6240422072d976cc0e6\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">How can i get to Huma Spa without a car?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are travelling by bus, you will find a stop a few steps away from Huma Spa, on Boulevard du Plateau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are travelling by bicycle, you can safely leave your bike in the public square of the AGORA project. <\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_6f539bb072287ebe396988b1d439452d\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Is there on-site parking?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, the outdoor parking is FREE (P1 and P2) for Huma Spa customers, up to one hour after your visit. You can go to the Huma Spa reception at any time to receive a treatment or to book your thermal experience. If the capacity of the Spa and the treatment schedule allow it, we will be happy to welcome you. However, we recommend that you book in advance to ensure availability. <\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_e671a8345db3971b06d6af3ac0d2ea29\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">How far in advance should I show up for a massage or a treatment?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend that you arrive at Huma Spa fifteen minutes before your treatment. This will give us enough time to welcome you, provide you with your bathrobe and towel, explain how the Spa functions and finally allow you to change and fill in the health form.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"accordion schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-block_1a25ea32eff9967946832185286de78d\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question open\">Are insurance receipts available?<\/strong><div class=\"schema-faq-answer\" style=\"display: block;\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. All massage therapists of the Huma Spa team are accredited and certified and can issue receipts for insurance purposes.
