5 YEARS | 5 WINNERS | OUR SIGNATURE PRODUCTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Organizer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The contest is organized by Huma Spa, hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Organizer,\u201d in celebration of its fifth anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Contest Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The contest begins on October 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. <\/strong>and ends on October 28, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.<\/strong> Eastern Time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The random drawing will take place on October 29, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The contest is open to residents of Quebec who are 18 years of age or older<\/strong> at the time of entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Employees of Huma Spa, individuals residing with them, and individuals directly involved in organizing the contest are not eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. How to Enter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    To enter, each person must, during the contest period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Follow Huma Spa\u2019s official Facebook and Instagram accounts.
    Like the official contest post on Facebook or Instagram.
    Comment on that post. Participants are invited to tag the person with whom they would like to share the Huma Spa experience, but tagging is not required.
    No purchase is necessary to enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Only one entry per person will be accepted for the entire contest, even if the person enters on both platforms. Multiple entries from the same person will not result in additional chances to win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Entries must come from authentic accounts and comply with the terms of these rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Prizes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Five (5) sets of Huma Spa signature products will be awarded. Each set has an approximate retail value of 241 CAD<\/strong>, for a total approximate value of 1,205 CAD<\/strong> for all five prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Each winner will receive a set of Huma Spa signature products, infused with Huma Spa\u2019s exclusive scent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. They may be replaced, at the Organizer\u2019s discretion, with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. Drawing and Selection of Winners<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Five (5) winners will be selected at random from among the eligible entries received during the contest period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        The drawing will take place on October 29, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To be declared a winner, each selected person must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, within the time limit specified by the Organizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. Communication with Winners<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Winners will be contacted via private message from an official Huma Spa account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Each winner will have 48 hours after the message is sent to respond and confirm their eligibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If a selected winner does not respond within the specified time frame, does not meet the contest requirements, or cannot be declared a winner, the Organizer may conduct a new drawing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          8. Claiming Prizes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Prizes must be claimed in person at the Huma Spa location at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            10 All\u00e9e de Hambourg, 4th floor, Gatineau, Quebec, J9J 4K1.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            No prizes will be mailed. Winners will be informed of the claim procedures when contacted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Prizes will be awarded to winners free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            9. General Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            The Organizer reserves the right to verify participants\u2019 eligibility and to reject any entry that is fraudulent or does not comply with these rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest when circumstances beyond its control so require, in accordance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              By entering the contest, each participant agrees to these rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              10. Privacy Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              Personal information collected will be used solely to the extent necessary for administering the contest, verifying participants\u2019 eligibility, communicating with winners, and awarding prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes without the required consent. It will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                11. Platform Disclaimer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                This contest is not sponsored or administered by Meta, nor is it associated with Facebook or Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  By participating, each person acknowledges that the contest is organized by Huma Spa and not by Facebook or Instagram, and releases these platforms from any liability related to the contest, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  The platforms are not responsible for the administration of the contest or the awarding of prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
