What is Thermotherapy?
Thermotherapy involves using changes in temperature, normally ranging between 10 and 40 degrees Celsius, to relax and relieve the body’s muscles and joints. Regulated at 37 degrees Celsius, the body reacts normally to its environment. However, by being exposed to temperature fluctuations, the blood vessels dilate and contract releasing endorphins and creating a feeling of well-being.
The Cycle
In order to optimize the benefits on the mind and body, it is strongly recommended to respect the stages and the duration of the thermal cycle.
At all times, listen to your body. Don’t push any limits. Take advantage of every moment to regain consciousness with your mind and body.
Repeat at least 3 times
